Elizabeth is an award-winning diversity, equity, and inclusion ambassador and motivational speaker. Elizabeth has more than two decades of nonprofit executive leadership experience in New Jersey and nationally. She is a dynamic sought-after D&I professional who works with Fortune 500 corporations, school districts, and national nonprofit organizations to implement inclusive leadership and social justice initiatives. She has been featured in national publications: Diversity Best Practices, InSight Diversity, and Diversity Journal. Elizabeth was also a panelist at the LinkedIn “DayIN” Trailblazers in Diversity forum, and a featured workshop presenter at L’Oréal’s Executive Women’s Leadership Conference in NY. Ms. Williams-Riley has facilitated training series for the New Jersey Consortia for Excellence and Equity. She is dedicated to tackling America’s unfinished business of injustice. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Elizabeth currently serves on the board of the Capital Region Minority Chamber of Commerce in New Jersey and Urban Bush Women’s Dance Company.
