Brenda Ross-Dulan, Principal

An award-winning business executive, thought leader and board director, Brenda Ross-Dulan is Principal of The Ross Dulan Group, a strategy consulting firm designed for CEOs and executives to help them make better quality decisions, convert those decisions to actions resulting in long term success. Passionate about achieving transformative outcomes, the firm promotes strategies that go beyond financial and are uniquely tailored, practical, holistic and sustainable.

As leader of the firm, Brenda leverages her twenty-five year career in the ever-changing financial services industry to help leaders successfully navigate through periods of challenge and change or to simply move beyond “status quo” to realize strong, immediate and sustained results. With experience in corporate banking, commercial real estate and most recently in leading a $12 billion retail banking group of a Fortune 100 company, she’s amassed expertise in P&L management, strategic decision making, leader development, community investment and non-profit board governance.

Brenda has been ranked as one of the nation’s most powerful women in corporate America by Black Enterprise Magazine and has received dozens of accolades as a leading executive. She has served on the boards of directors at NJTV, Cooper’s Ferry Economic Development Association; the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce; the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey and the Greater Trenton Initiative.   

Brenda holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
